CO2OperateBV, registered with the Chamber of Commerce under number 30236341, processes data in line with General Data Protection Regulation. By agreeing to this privacy statement, the client consents to the processing of their personal data.
CO2OperateBV may collect cookies in order to make the website work properly and to keep statistics for marketing purposes.
Cookies and other website data are not stored longer than necessary.
The website may set a cookie from the U.S. company Google, as part of the Analytics service. CO2OperateBV uses this service for marketing purposes. Personal data/privacy statement
Personal data collected from a client as part of an assignment or other legal relationship are part of the file. Data are kept for identification, execution of the assignment, declaration and invoicing, relationship management, quality control, business operations, legal obligations and/or settlement of complaints. Personal data that CO2Operate BV may collect are: name, address, e-mail address and telephone number. Failure to provide personal data may result in CO2OperateBV not being able to properly carry out the assignment.
Personal data that CO2OperateBV processes are stored on the server of CO2OperateBV where appropriate technical and organizational measures have been taken to secure the data against loss or forms of unlawful processing. CO2OperateBV retains a file for five years after the assignment has ended with a view to longer-term legal implications and is entitled to carefully destroy your data upon completion. CO2OperateBV may cooperate with third parties for marketing or administrative purposes. Client agrees to personal data being used for this purpose on the basis of a processor agreement that meets the requirements of the General Data Processing Regulation.
By agreeing to this privacy statement, client consents to the processing of his personal data. Client has the right to withdraw this consent at any time, or to invoke the right to inspection, oblivion, restriction of personal data, rectification and supplementation, objection and/or data portability. Such a request can be sent to email@example.com. CO2OperateBV will ensure that the request is dealt with within five working days.
Client is entitled to submit a complaint to the Personal Data Authority if it deems this necessary.
CO2OperateBV strives to carefully control the information it posts on the Internet through its website to ensure that the information is current, accurate, factually correct and therefore reliable.
Despite this constant attention to the quality of its reporting, CO2Operate BV cannot guarantee that the information on its website is always correct or complete.
